In my therapeutic approach, I emphasize the profound impact of deepening our capacity for listening. Through this process, we not only uncover the richness of our inner selves but also attune ourselves to the often unheard rhythms of our inner life.
As we traverse this journey, we inevitably encounter our recurring patterns, unearth blind spots, and confront past wounds. As your therapist, my aim is to guide this exploration towards your specific objectives, whether they involve healing, growth, self-discovery, or connection with your authentic self.
In my practice I specialize in treating folks who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, and diagnoses such as borderline, ADHD and other neurodiversity. I am strongly LGBTQ allied, and extensively experienced in integrating psychedelic, spiritual, and other expanded consciousness experiences.
As a Creative Arts Therapist, I use various modalities to foster self-awareness and intuitive understanding beyond what words and intellect can express. This may include music, breathwork, meditation, and more traditional therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, IFS, and DBT. Whether or not we delve into creative arts during our sessions is entirely your choice.
