EMDR, Music Therapy, Couple Counseling
Anna Dziechowski
Client Information
My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and relational. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. I also enjoy supporting creative professionals, often incorporating somatic approaches into our work together.
I believe therapy is a space for self-reflection, empowerment, honesty, and accountability. I use a strengths-based lens to help clients reconnect with both their internal and external resources. Together, we explore the context behind certain patterns and develop new, more supportive ways of coping.
Community and connection to nature are deeply important to me, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. As a Latinx therapist, I also support clients in exploring how culture influences their mental health and identity.
I’m trained in attachment-focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute and am currently training in Relational Life Therapy to support my work with couples. I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with a bachelor’s degree from Lesley University and a master’s from New York University.
