Client Information

Victoria Hristoff, ATR, LCAT (she/her)  works with adults and adolescents, specializing in addiction, codependency, and the experiences of individuals who are children or loved ones of addicts. Her work focuses on the intersections of mental health, visual art, social justice, and abolition. In her clinical practice, Victoria integrates attachment theory with trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR for complex and developmental trauma—deeply believing in the power of art and artmaking to foster empowerment, relieve stress, promote relaxation, and release stored tension.

Victoria views therapy as a collaborative journey rooted in support, curiosity, and mutual respect. She prioritizes building a trusting and restorative therapeutic relationship, positioning you as the expert of your own life. With a background in community-based settings, the court system, and the foster care system, Victoria is keenly attuned to power dynamics within larger systems and within the client–clinician relationship itself. As an art psychotherapist, she incorporates both verbal and non-verbal modalities, helping clients develop a personalized and sustainable toolkit for healing, resilience, and growth.
